What data we collect and why
- Booking data — surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address, dates of stay and number of guests. This data is required to process your booking, issue your invoice and welcome you.
- Contact form — the details you provide, used solely to answer your enquiry.
- Newsletter — your e-mail address, only if you subscribe, and only until you unsubscribe.
- Technical data — IP address and browser information, recorded by the server for security purposes.
Legal basis
Booking data is processed to perform the rental contract. Contact and newsletter data is processed on the basis of your consent. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoicing records are kept for the period required by French accounting and tax law (10 years). Contact enquiries are kept for up to 3 years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who has access
Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible to the publisher and to the technical providers required to operate the website: LWS (hosting) and the payment provider, which processes your card details directly — we never see or store them.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for browsing and for the booking basket, and audience-measurement cookies. You can block cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to booking@logement-enghien.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
